What vinyl can go through dishwasher?

There is no vinyl or heat transfer vinyl that is officially listed as dishwasher safe. Anyone who lists their vinyl as "dishwasher safe" is simply wrong and usually if pressed on the topic, they will usually back off and say most of the things I'm about to tell you below.

Permanent vinyl is waterproof, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. In contrast, some removable vinyl is waterproof, not dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe. Usually, but not all, temporary vinyl has a matte finish while permanent vinyl is glossy.

Oracal 631 is the most popular vinyl to use with Cricut and Silhouette cutting machines. It is perfect for making temporary designs, like indoor wall decals. 631 is just like the regular Cricut and Silhouette brand vinyl, but it is more affordable, easier to cut/weed, and lasts longer on your finished product.
