What happens if a F1 race is rained off?
If a race is unable to be resumed, "the results will be taken at the end of the penultimate lap before the lap during which the signal to suspend the race was given". If 75% of the race distance has not been completed and the race cannot be resumed, half points are awarded.
Cars can usually adapt to the conditions, and it's not often races are cancelled due to bad weather. However, the 2018 edition of the British Grand Prix became the first to be abandoned since 1980 after torrential rain at Silverstone. Driving at high speed always comes with risk, but especially so in rainy conditions.
However, due to the rain still falling, the race began behind the safety car and in safety car conditions, which meant drivers had to hold their positions and reduce their speed. After two laps that were classified as formation laps, it was deemed too dangerous to hold the race, and the race was suspended.
A Formula 1 race must last no more than two hours.
However, if the race is suspended for a crash or inclement weather, the race can last a maximum of three hours. Formula 1 cars do not get refilled with gas during the race, but instead, they carry enough fuel to finish the entire race.

A decision is usually made to delay the formation lap and wait to see if the rain will ease off. However, if the conditions don't improve, then the cars will be sent back to the pit lane. If and when the race start does get rescheduled, drivers are obliged to put a set of wet tyres on behind the safety car.
In general, an F-1 student on post-completion OPT may travel outside the United States temporarily and be readmitted to resume F-1 status and employment for the remainder of the period authorized on his or her EAD card.
Can a 16 year old race in F1?

Formula 1 races rarely deviate from the schedule and are usually completed within the FIA's two-hour limit. This time limit exists for two reasons. One is to ensure driver safety, as drivers can get fatigued after driving for long periods. The second reason is that the racing cars may run out of fuel.
F1 teams are allowed to activate its 14-day shutdown period at any time within the summer break, with the majority of teams opting for a middle two weeks to provide time to unpack from the previous race and prepare for the next race after the shutdown.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in any of the Venue's grandstands and enclosed areas.
Ear plugs or ear defenders are highly advisable to protect your hearing. Far from diminishing your enjoyment of the action, you're more likely to appreciate not having a splitting headache by lap three. Street circuits like Monaco are especially noisy as the wail of the engines echoes off the buildings.
Can F1 drivers have body piercings?
"The wearing of jewellery in the form of body piercing or metal neck chains is prohibited during the competition and may therefore be checked before the start," read section 5.1 of the event notes.
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. During the regular work week, most people at the races have on jeans and t-shirts. If you're going on a big race day and don't want to dress up, stick with a comfortable pair of pants and polo shirt. That goes for ladies and gentlemen.
Not acceptable:
Tracksuits, board shorts, cargo shorts or footy/sports/running shorts. Any torn or ripped clothing. Any form of the following footwear: joggers/runners, sports/track shoes, sandals, thongs, 'crocs', dilapidated footwear, scuffs, gumboots or slippers. Blue denim.
Abandoned/Postponed and Transferred meetings
1.1 Subject to Rule 1.2, if a meeting is abandoned, transferred to another venue/track (including transferring to a different track at the same venue) or postponed to another date, single bets are void and wagers will be refunded.
This will involve warming up, getting changed, getting into the zone either through relaxation (some may nap) or getting hyped up by listening to music.
Therefore, pre and post-race hydration is key to maintain concentration and promote recovery. Prior to and during races, drivers consume carbohydrate electrolyte drinks to help maintain blood glucose levels, and replace some of the fluids and electrolytes lost through sweating.

Meanwhile, the trolleys are wheeled out to the grid around an hour before race start, and the teams prepare the generators and cooling fans – which use dry ice to super cool the cars on the grid.

If a Nascar race is rained out they will hold it the next day if the weather has cleared out. If rain begins to fall during the middle of a race, the race will be put on hold until the precipitation ends and the track is able to be dried.
